An alert was initially issued for Eucharia Eleweanya by the Prince George's County Police Department on Friday, Jan. 19, when the woman was first reported missing out of the 8900 block of 1st Street in Lanham.
The situation ended in tragedy, when the department reported on Friday, Jan. 26 that Eleweanya had been located, but she had died.
No foul play is suspected, investigators said. Details about the cause and manner of death was not released by the police.
The incident remains under investigation.
